How quickly can an engineer visit?
Most repairs are attended within 24 hours of booking. Emergency electrical "make-safe" visits can often happen same-day depending on engineer proximity.
What appliances do you not repair?
We currently do not repair small countertop appliances like kettles, toasters, or microwaves, nor do we handle gas appliances (boilers/hobs). We specialize in major electric white goods.
Is there a call-out charge?
Our standard call-out includes the first hour of diagnostic or repair labour. If parts are required, we will quote you before proceeding. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, only the call-out fee is payable.
Are repairs guaranteed?
Yes, all workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Any new parts installed carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 1-2 years.
Do you work with letting agents?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated landlord workflow where we handle tenant communication and send digital invoices/certificates directly to the agent.
